What is your Pet Policy? Do you have pet amenities?

Rise Heather Ridge is a pet-friendly community! We have a community dog park and walking paths. Max dog weight accepted is 80 pounds. Limit 2 pets per household. Restricted breeds include: Akita, Belgian Malinois, Cane Corso, German Shepard, Doberman, American Bull Dog, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow, Great Dane, Mastiff, or Wolf Hybrid. 

What are your fitness center hours?

​Our fitness center is open 24-hours. 

What kind of appliances and features do the kitchens have?

​​Our renovated apartment units offer stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Do you offer valet trash service?

Yes, we have Valet Trash Services.

What is your parking policy?

One assigned car port spot per apartment; uncovered spots available to everyone.

Do you offer individual leases & co-living?

​​We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.

What is your rental criteria?

​Applicants must present one form of government issued photo identification for all persons aged 18 years and older that will be living in the apartment. All applicants must have a combined monthly income no less than 3 times the rental rate. Rental History, Credit Check, and Criminal History will be checked prior to leasing.

What is your occupancy criteria?

​Unit occupancy shall not exceed 2 persons per bedroom plus 1 additional person in the apartment. Children younger than 24 months of age are not considered occupants in determining occupancy limitations.

What leasing options are available?

​We offer 6-12 month leases.

Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?

​Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?

Our pool is open year-round.

Are apartments internet/cable ready?

Spectrum services our area. We have a rep that will take care of you.

How do I get my packages?

​We offer a package service at our community.

Are BBQ grills available?

​Yes, we have multiple BBQ grills located throughout our community.

What schools are in the area?

​We are surrounded by multiple schools, including Dwight D. Eisenhower Elementary School, Larson Elementary School, and only a short drive away from University of Texas at Arlington.

How far is it to the nearest airport or train station?

​We are located 7.5 miles from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

Are you near any transportation routes? Which ones?

​We are conveniently located right off of the Texas State Highway 360 and Interstate 30.

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

​Yes, all apartments have air conditioning.

What type of flooring do the apartments have?

​Our renovated apartment units offer wood plank vinyl flooring.

Is there a bathtub or just a shower?

​Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.
